Exchange Policy
- If the product received is not as shown in the picture or has any damage, contact us on the given number. 0324 6030600
- Make sure to contact us with in 24 hours after the receiving the product.
- A video/image proof is required of the damage found on the product, can be sent through WhatsApp and our customer service will immediately look to it.
- Once the complaint is registered and communicated with the courier service the product will be exchanged with in 10 to 12 working days.
Refund Policy
- Refund or exchange is applicable if the product received is not the same as shown on the web, or have damage. ( Change of mind is not applicable)
